2. 1-1 Coaching
Refunds for 1-1 coaching services will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If you encounter any issues or dissatisfaction with the coaching provided, contact us at support@performancedrivenlife.com. We will evaluate your situation to reach a fair resolution.
3. Merchandise
All merchandise sales are final. Due to the nature of our apparel and branded products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please make sure to review sizing and product details before completing your purchase.
4. Cancellation
To cancel your subscription or coaching service, please email us at support@performancedrivenlife.com. Subscriptions will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. Cancellations for 1-1 coaching will follow our case-by-case evaluation policy.
