Jeremy Kane
FOUNDER
He has 9 years of coaching experience + BS in exercise physiology. During his time in the military, Jeremy developed a selection preparation/rehabilitation program helping operators successfully pass Tier 1 Special Operation Unit Selections. He has also worked with spec. op soldiers, athletes, US national triathletes, and individuals who want to live healthier and happier lives.

Nick O'Sullivan
TRAINER
Nick is 29 years old and a multi-sport athlete. A former collegiate football athlete Nick has a BS in Economics. Nick was a sponsored OCR athlete for 3 years (Spartan race/Tough Mudder) traveling around the country. He started CrossFit in 2020 under the guidance of coach Kane. He started competing in 2022 going from 4200 in the world to top 1700 in 2023.
